The park is named after Rosario Assunto, philosopher, professor and leading scholar of landscape aesthetics and of the idea of the garden as a place of harmony between man and nature.
The dedication is a tribute to one of the most important cultural figures linked to the city of Caltanissetta, while also enhancing the bond between environment, well-being and quality of life.
Where it is located
Rosario Assunto Park is located in the Balate area of Caltanissetta, easily reachable from the city center.
